Chef creates new dishes depending the daily food availability - mostly local - organic and fresh. Room was very nice, clean and had a new wonderful bathroom with walk in shower. The bathroom was excellent with plenty of clean towels, flannels, shampoos etc. The breakfast choices covered vegetarian aswell as the full English cooked.
