「Really lovely place. Very quiet and peaceful. A bit off the beaten track but still only half an hour away from Bristol. Really comfortable bed, and I had the best nights sleep I’ve had in ages. I wouldn’t say this if it wasn’t true! Only one minor point is that the shower head was a bit too low for me, as I’m around 6’ tall.」

「Lovely country pub, perfect for a stop over or to stay a few nights in the countryside. Staff were friendly and thoughtful, the food was excellent, and the restaurant/beer garden out the back was lovely in the warm summer eve.」

「The breakfast was, I’d say, better than in a Hotel Ibis. The food was, definitely, locally sourced. We reached Bruton and the Hauser & Wirth arts complex easily from this hotel. We also visited the Jurassic Coast, but that took us a whole day, and we returned by 10pm.」
