Excellent value for the price. The room was great and really friendly staff. The restraunt is lacking though with over priced food and staff that were not attentive. Would definitely stay again but not eat there.

We had a wonderful stay at The Wookey Hole hotel, we went for Halloween and the place and staff did not disappoint! All staff were friendly and gave a warm welcome to the hotel. Seeing the costumes they were dressed in was excellent. The room was comfortable and it was great to have the ensuite. Thank you for a great visit, we will come again!

Lovely location, peaceful atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable had all you needed for your stay. Lovely big bath towels! Breakfast was ok, could improve, scrambled eggs not good being kept warm, not much choice on the continental side. We didn’t use the bar but was told we could take drinks and food to the room if wanted. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel

Lovely hotel, very clean and tidy and very helpful staff. Location is very tucked away from the main roads but I think this adds to the character of the place, right next to Wookey Hole caves.

Nice quiet area , ample, close parking, rooms are clean, good wifi , comfy bed , decent shower . If I had to be picky , TVs are very small compared to standard today . Reception and restaurant staff exceptionally well mannered and polite . Food and bar very good .
