Our rooms were lovely, both en suite. Staff were most helpful and breakfast and meals were amazing! A brilliant place to stay also if travelling by train!

I also stay here when in the area. I know what you get is value for Money. On arriving the staff welcome you, bedrooms are clean and tidy, bar staff and the food are great. Good nights sleep and great breakfast to start the following day.

Breakfast menu good and wholesome. All staff and at all times were excellent. Room clean but shower was not cleaned properly around door sliders, and mouldy sealant around especially bottom edges of shower tray. Toilet seat was loose as something had either come loose or broken. A socket next to bedside cabinet broken so not working. Building very close to park and walking so very good position.

My room was spotless ,staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, bed was a dream,meals were perfection,breakfast was of the highest quality,it was christmas party time so extremely busy but that did not take away from the service of staff ,well done to all the staff amazing

Comfortable and welcoming

Lovely staff, and super comfortable beds. Very quiet sleep despite being on a main road (double windows). Breakfast is amazing, as is the restaurant food.

The Staff were very welcoming as soon as we arrived. The waitress at breakfast was lovely and the housekeeper was very helpful. The Hotel and room was very clean. All round an excellent place to stay.
