「Nice breakfast buffet which my kids really enjoyed. Good location as it's only a few minutes walk from the Canary Wharf tube station, and it's easy to get to Heathrow too with the new Elizabeth Line. Staff are very friendly and helpful, though the shower was slightly weak. It's a very good hotel overall. 」

「I have a problem with My Parking in Morrison basement. Neither the hotel staff or the Morrisons staff could help.
I strongly suggest anyone who need parking during your stay, prebook and prepay the parking by “Pay by Phone”. 」

「First night arrived in London, finding my way to Canary Wharf. Couldn't believe how beautiful and comfy the hotel is (compared to the one I slept in Venice, Italy).
Great services, both attitude of the receptionists and service of breakfast. You should have breakfast at the hotel. It is comfy and relaxing!」

「One of the most unique hotels we have ever been. Very original, charming, you feel like you are transported to another universe for a moment. Moreover the rooms were really modern and clean, much better than on the pictures. I recommend this place, truely a hidden gem 5 stars +++」
