"This would be my 3rd visit at this hotel as with work pressures, I like to escape from home and check into an hotel for the night every now and then! Faheem and Halima were amazing! Halima went the extra mile and provided me with a lovely room on the 7th floor with stunning views. Thank youuu :) Both staff were professional, efficient, helpful and friendly. Overall, I had a great stay and look forward to my next visit. "

"The room was nice but really warm, the Aircon would only make it hotter. The blinds in the room had slats missing so there was little privacy to the outside world and they didn't bloke any light out. The seal around the shower tray and grout had seen better days. Finally, it took 10 minutes to get served at the bar by a surly member of staff who then took it upon himself to charge me 15% service charge for a bottle of water and a can of coke. Nob. We didn't spend any more money in the hotel after that"

"We arrived just before 12pm and placed our suitcase into the concierge which is excellent. We did this as we could not check in until 3pm and therefore went sightseeing into London for the day. When we came back at 8.30pm we found our room was still not ready as they had not placed a bed for my daughter in the room which was requested prior. The staff took another 60 mins to put a bed into our room so our daughter couldn't go to bed when she wanted to. The staff apologised but it came across like we were in the wrong in how they spoke. Nothing provided to us to apologise for this inconvenience. In addition our hotel window was broken and the air con didn't really work so the room was very hot. The hotel views are amazing and the location is great for tourists looking to explore London. However the hotel does look tired and does need a revamp. "

"We arrived late. So obviously wanted to get checked in quickly. It was slow and the girl on reception was abrupt! We then went upstairs to get ready. My partner was using the hairdryer, which blew up, I immediately went downstairs to get a replacement. I was told housekeeping would bring one up later! I stressed the point it was needed asap. However, again I was told it was the job of housekeeping. So my partner could not dry her hair. Finally when we arrived back about 11.40 we were told the hairdryer had been replaced. The stay was disappointing. We travel a lot but will not return to this hotel!"
