"Good location for Canary Wharf, comfy beds."

"The rooms are small, but that is reflected in the price. The area is extremely noisy with the nearby DLR. The rooms get very warm, with no control over temperature other than opening a window. Ergo noise. The beds are small doubles, so they don’t really work for couples. Staff all seem to have an attitude - you’re left standing around reception like you’re not really cared about. You’re asked for identification when you check in, with no explanation as to why. I only stay here when there’s a deal on. "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was standard hotel fare. Excellent location for Abba Voyage and/or Westfield shopping. Solo female traveller, felt safe the whole time in the hotel and walking to the Abba Arena/Stratford station. "

"Good overall experience. Just a couple of downsides, the room we had was hot with the air conditioning not quite working well enough, room service was not very efficient. You had to use the hotel app but payments weren’t getting processed successfully and when I tried calling reception the phone just rings out with no answer. The hotel is quite busy so that’s maybe a reason. On the positive, the breakfast was good with decent options all round. The food at the restaurant was also quite nice. The general ambiance of the hotel is also very pleasant. I’ll stay again surely. "
