"This was the first time I have encounter an experience like this. Went to check in. I was given a key to a room that was in use. Informed hotel attendant was given another room and another key. Room would not open. Had to go back to Lobby was given another key. Still did not work hotel attendant went to the room and tried to open it with a key he had still did not work and said it was probly occupied and locked from the inside. Did not get another room attendant said they were full. So i had to leave. Although attendant was helpful. This situation was very stressful."

"Bed too soft worn out, pillows flat worn out , takes a long time to get hot water, restaurant Centennial and menu very boring. Needs more insulation. Noise from lobby, street, and trains. Plus side is the staff is fantastic! Very polite and helpful. Front desk, concierge, and the hostess at the restaurant provided great service! "

"The staff checking out were completely dishonest. I was supposed to receive a receipt via email upon check out and I door receive it! I called other and asked if it could b sent to my email like I was told it would earlier and the lady blatantly lies and pretended to type by email in and said that she sent and I still have yet to receive it! "

"The room was clean , only reason I give it a 4 star because the tv kept losing signal and it did get a little hot throughout the night even with the ac on … overall stay was great and I will visit again "

"We were told the parking garage was for valet only. Valet costed an extra $60 PER NIGHT. We normally don’t ever use valet. We were told that if we don’t use valet then parking would be at our discretion. There was no other parking close by so basically we were forced to do the valet. We just weren’t expecting to pay an extra $120 plus tips for our stay and that was frustrating. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel shuttle was convenient, since the surrounding area was limited in restaurants, shops. A quick 5-10 min shuttle ride took us where we needed to go. Stayed here for 2 nights and will come back the next time I'm in Dallas!"
