"We had an ok stay for two nights. It's a super convenient location for the airport. But the room is tired to say the least. Poor quality, though the bathroom was nice, though lacking a shower door as part of the design. The bed was good, though the room overall is way below Camino Real standards from my previous experiences. Staff were very helpful. One of the restaurants was dreadful in atmosphere. Lobby is nice. Coffee and other sweets super expensive. But can buy food from airport easily."

"This hotel has excellent service. My kids got sick. They have a doctor you can call to get service. The nurse came within an hour, set up IVs and medication. The sheets were changed at 3 am. They have 24/7 cleaning service. Very grateful and pleased with all the attention. They have nurses that take your blood pressure on call since Mexico city is in high elevation. The restaurants were very good. I would certainly come back to this hotel. "
