「Polanco is the best part of Mexico City! It’s totally safe to walk around. The building is very quiet. Front desk staff are super helpful! We had the two bedroom unit, which is very spacious! The kitchen is big and convenient. Since our unit is right above the Main Street, we could hear some noise at night and early morning. In general this is a great stay! Thank you!」

「This was the ideal place to stay in Mexico City. The apartment was so quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and responsive to all our needs. We went to the restaurant Toscano Polanco just down the street four times because it was so good as was the popular yogurt place next door. The neighborhood, which online was called the Beverly Hills of Mexico City, matched the billing. So safe and clean.」

"I tried to offer the "house specialty" of the only restaurant in the hotel - a hamburger - at the relative early hour of 6pm, and the waitress said in Spanish that they don't have it. Moreover, at midnight, when I was trying to sleep to wake up at 4:30am to go to the airport, there were rowdy crowds in the garden area where half the rooms are facing, and it went on for at least half an hour."
