「La habitación no estaba limpia, las paredes se encontraban sucias asi como la cocineta. Se escuchaban ruidos de las otra habitaciones lo que dificultaba dormir, y lo peor fue el desayuno, que a pesar de que tenía buen sabor nos tardamos mas de 1.5 hrs en recibir un omelet, solo habia una persona cocinando para todos los huéspedes. Pésimo servicio en todos los aspectos. Creo que hay mejores hoteles a 1 km o 2 que pueden brindar mejor calidad y limpieza de habitaciones y desayuno.」

「This hotel is brand new and it was a perfect stay in Roma Norte. We were traveling with a 6 month old baby so we were looking for something with good AC, quiet rooms, and blackout curtains. That’s hard to find in Roma Norte and we are lucky that this place opened just in time. There was a bit of a confusion on our room type when we arrived, but the front desk went out of their way to fix it and make sure we had a good stay. Great location, great service, great rooms!
