「I loved being able to see the beach from the balcony and being steps from the sand. It was spacious and super cozy.」

「We did not get the room we reserved. We were supposed to have ocean view but we didn't. This actually worked out for the best. They gave us a bigger room that we were supposed to have. One of the ac units were not working but when I informed the front desk they had a new unit in the room and running within 30 minutes. I would recommend this to anyone for the customer service alone.」

「The room was not oceanfront, we could see the ocean but we were not facing the ocean like the listing showed. We found a child’s sock in our washing machine from the previous tenants. The door is such a pain to open, which usually wouldn’t bother me, but this door got so stuck it was just annoying. There was very loud construction on the lazy river, which we weren’t aware of until 24 hours before our stay. We didn’t even use the pool area because the plumbing trucks took up the entire entrance...
