「The property was beautiful with an abundance of pools, restaurants, and entertainment. The staff were incredible and very accommodating! Everyone was very helpful and kind to us and our 9 month old baby. There was a small drainage issue in our shower that caused some flooding. The hotel was very prompt in sending someone to address the issue and to change our room. 「The swim-up bar was the highlight of our trip. The bartenders were amazing and so patient and kind. Shout-out to Winston for being the best at it!!
