「Staff we’re really helpful especially the bartender all on his own with functions on in the evening, he didn’t stop once.」

「The service was exceptional, also the food and cocktails. The place was really well decorated and looked elegant. Apart from one waiter at breakfast being a bit rude giving me the check without telling me no need to rush then saying goodbye to me in a kind of miserable way all staff delivered exceptional service. I would highly recommend it to people and will go back one day for sure.」

「Room and private bathroom were spotless, the staff were superb. I had a lose shower head and it was repaired straight away. The mattress could do with being replaced but other wise a brilliant stay. Defo return if ever work in the area again.」

「I was greeted at reception by a friendly member of staff who directed me to my room. My room was clean, tidy and contained everything I required. Parking was easy too.」

「We’ve booked one night here at first, then we decided to go there one day before and booked one more day. We told the reception lady when we arrived check in, she said it’s ok, no need to do the check in again and we could stay in the same room. The next day at ten mins before ten, a housekeeper locked on our door and told us to check out. We’re surprised and told her our case, she told us to check with the reception. Then the reception said we’ve to check out and come back by 4 to check in...
