"This was an inexpensive, clean place to stay for a lacrosse tournament. The room was spacious and nice. No carpeting, which I greatly prefer, it's much more sanitary to have hard surfaces. The parking lot was large and seemed to be safe. It appeared to have easy access to the Metro. The guy at the front desk was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. One legit complaint is I was eating my waffle at about 6:15 and a homeless person walked into the breakfast area with a garbage bag and reached into the sausage dish with his bare hands and took about 30 sausage links. He didn't seem dangerous, and I felt horrible for him, but it was pretty nasty. Other than that, I have no complaints and would stay here again."

"Room was very clean. We were given a deluxe room for the price of a regular room—more space was nice. Especially impressed with the shuttle service to BWI. We were given wrong info (from a different shuttle, it turned out) about pick-up location and hotel called us back when driver did not find us at correct stop. We offered to move but he circled around and got us where we were. Returning to airport was well-organized and easy, with departure times as early as 3 a.m. Restaurant on site was excellent—not junk food but real entrees, well-prepared. I’ll definitely stay here again next trip to MD"

"The hotel is beautiful, very accessible, and conveniently located near everything. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only downside is the strong cigarette smell that reaches the rooms. If you don’t mind your clothes smelling like smoke and sleeping with that odor present, you’ll likely enjoy your stay. Aside from that, the hotel itself is lovely."

"Room assigned had shower that leaked all over bathroom floor. Front desk placed us in another room next day with no problem. I realized 2 days later that I didn’t have a pair of shoes. I went front desk again thinking I either forgot them from home or just left them in room we moved from. They had housekeeping check and found my shoes! All staff very helpful."
