Everything was excellent. There's a per night parking fee that wasn't disclosed by Expedia. Better to book directly with the hotel than use Expedia. I tried to cancel the last night of a 4 night stay one check in but Expedia won't allow it. Deal directly with the hotel.

We didn’t stay, because they cancelled our reservation even though we checked in at 4:15pm, got a parking pass and they had our bags as the 2 queen bed room with hearing accessibility was not ready yet. It was Valentine’s Day so we had a reservation for 6pm in town. The woman behind the desk said she would call as soon as the room was ready. An hour later when she didn’t call, I called her. She advised happily that it was ready for us. I reminded her that we would be back after our dinner so please do not give away our reservation. We have 2 teenage daughters and a soccer tournament the next day for ODP. She said of course not. I got a call at the dinner table about 7:30pm from Expedia which was strange. I only answered since it seemed odd. The Expedia rep advised our reservation was cancelled at the hotel and so he was helping us find another at the last minute. We had to run from dinner stressed that we didn’t have a room for our family that night and may have to drive home. I couldn’t believe it so had the rep wait while I merged a call with the hotel since the woman told us she had our room. Then with Expedia on the call she said they didn’t. So she lied. We went back to the hotel to retrieve our bags and go somewhere else last minute. They were unaccountable and unprofessional. They never apologized and then called the police on us when we took their names and photos since we couldn’t get the full names. Worst, most traumatic experience of our lives & we will follow up.

Beautiful hotel, clean, very comfortable bed, delicious breakfast. The only negative thing is the $30 parking- not even valet- it’s kind of ridiculous when they have their own dedicated lot. It’s kind of a racket. Everything else was top notch, though!

The breakfast was 3/5. I wish the breakfast meat itself was of better quality because the bacon strips were very thin. The greeting itself was very nice and the hotel itself was very clean and cozy. Parking was plentiful and the water pressure was outstanding. Upon waking up the hallway noise was noticeable but we may have just had noisy neighbors. Will definitely revisit and recommend for a small getaway or a cozy place to reside when visiting Annapolis. Almost forgot to mention, there is a police station directly across the street so no need to worry about security.

We unfortunately booked the room thru Expedia. As Expedia is a 3rd party, those that booked directly thru Marriott/Fairfield had preference over our booking. When we arrived, we were unpleasantly surprised not to have a room. The hotel staff initially took very little to no responsibility of the situation and recommended we go thru Expedia to find an alternate stay. Fortunately for us, my wife and the hotel associate were able to find an alternate place for us to stay. I will not book thru Expedia or a 3rd party again.
