"I arrived at the hotel in the evening with my wife and our 2-year-old child to check in, only to be told by the receptionist that my reservation had been canceled. She claimed that the hotel had called me, but I never received any call or message from them. This situation left us stranded at night with a young child and forced us to urgently search for another place to stay. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of apology or assistance from the staff. When I asked the receptionist why they had canceled my booking, she informed me that the hotel had oversold rooms, so they canceled my reservation. When I asked about the refund, the receptionist told me that the hotel had already informed Expedia about the cancellation and that I should receive a refund. However, when I contacted Expedia the next day, their agent told me they had not been notified that the hotel had canceled my booking. I am still uncertain whether I will receive my refund. This was an extremely stressful and disappointing experience, and I would strongly caution others before booking this property."

"My first time at this hotel, and it will be the last time. The hotel isn't that bad, and the rooms are fairly clean. What kills this hotel is the staff, especially the staff at the front desk. First of all...NO ONE answers the phone if you call the front desk. 2nd....some of the people there have an ATTITUDE towards anyone who is having a problem. My main problem was I couldn't get the AC in the room to work. I came down to the front desk to complain and the front desk told me to talk to someone else. They accused me of using "bad language" when all I said was I can't get the "Damn AC in the room to work!" And because NO ONE answers the phone if you call them from a room....you have to go down to the first floor and talk to the front desk. Eventually after 45 minutes a man from maintenance showed up and got the AC working. However....later that night I found it was too cold, but the controls won't really work except if you shut the thing off. Finally...when I checked out...I came down to the front desk at 9am along with a couple who also wanted to check out. There was NO ONE at the front desk. So....I left my key cards on their front desk computer keyboard and left. It's not just the staff. IT IS THE MANAGEMENT of this hotel. They won't fix the rooms with the heating and AC problems ( tons of bad reviews on Google on this ) and they let some of their employees either be lazy or have an attitude. In my opinion....stay away from this hotel."
