"To cold to enjoy pool and staff is 50/50. I stay there once a month and it’s a flip of the coin for good staff. "

"The property was very welcoming to our pet, staff were friendly and very helpful. The cleanliness of the room was the problem, particulary the bathroom. "

"The property was okay. Had a decent parking space and very close to Johnson Space center. The property itself is little old, but the rooms were okay and felt it is not worth the price. I had a check-in time of 3 pm and I reached after 4 pm and even then they made us to wait for 45 minutes which felt strange. I can understand if it was 15-30 mins but this was not a good experience at all. For complimentary breakfast they did not have bread, milk or eggs either and it was just coffee and some snack."

"This hotel is BARELY a 3 star, probably due to the Marriott Branding. It’s certainly not worth $225+ per night. The front desk staff are not professional, young men seemed bothered to check us in and answer questions. Once we checked into our room it reeked of sewer. It was the shower and vanity sink. It smelled awful for our entire 2 night stay. I complained to the same guy with curly hair about the awful smell, nothing could be done and there was no follow up the next day. (Terrible service) The towels are worn out and there are no towels for the pool outside. Hand soap in the room crumbles as soon as you open it, leaving no soap to wash your hands. The mattresses are like box springs with a thin mat for comfort. The ice machine was broken on our floor. This hotel was NOT worth the price. Had I been able to get a refund I would have stayed somewhere else. I do not recommend this hotel. "

"The lodge was nice and comfy and my nine year old had the time of her life. But for the price we paid, I thought we should have gotten complimentary breakfast ."

"Undependable. Missing: 1.) Shampoo/soap (dispensers empty or broken off). 2.) Slow/unusable Wi-Fi 3.) A decent bed comforter. 4.) Bedside lamps (has switches but no lighting for them). Walls are very thin - could hear people above and around me. Seems to have worker clientel whose pickup trucks I could hear often through the front wall. Great location, I can say that mere meters from the interstate and restaurants. "
