「Location great. Everything else in a state of disrepair or renovation. Screws sticking out of cabinets and in the floor. Cigarette butts in the toilet upon arrival. Can’t make this stuff up. Very disappointing for what is labelled a “resort”. Buyer beware 」

「The staff are helpful & friendly. The location is perfect to get back and forth to the beach , restaurants and use the free Anna Maria trolley. The pool temperature was perfect & nice to have ping pong & jenga available . Room service was excellent. Would have preferred if parking was included in stay and not added charge . 」

「The hotel is new and great amenities. Food is excellent and the staff is great. There is a beautiful beach/pool area that they take you to with a golf cart. It’s so lovely. They have pickle ball there and other games. Overall a really nice hotel. 」

「I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my family this weekend. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Everyone at the front desk, the bar, and the kitchen was very kind and welcoming. This is exactly the kind of place you want when you're looking to relax. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable, and the staff truly make you feel at home. 「Staff is friendly, very family oriented, my children enjoyed it, currently the property is being renovated, but it wasn’t in our way or hindered our stay at the time. Love the access to the beach, drinks were good but a bit on the higher price,We did bring a cooler, ice was available and no issues about it from staff. Overall very relaxed, rooms were clean, beds were comfy.」

「This area is older and not been modernized yet, But.......with the new bridges, and more attractions coming I see it getting better. Therefore the motel was old and run down but not moreso than the surrounding area. Room was very clean. Staff were very friendly. 」
