"Our stay was so lovely! From the lobby to the rooms, everything was designed to make you feel you were in another part of the world, so charming! Staff were unbelievably kind. Me and my wife stayed during the Hozier rescheduled concert July 22. I called ahead to see if we would be able to check in early, due to Thunder Ridge Nature Arena's ongoing issues, and the staff worked with us to make sure we could check in at 11AM. Not only that, when we returned to the hotel after the concert, a staff member had free cold waters and pizza waiting for everyone. We also were able to eat some food before the concert at the Downing Street Pour House, which was absolutely incredible--I am still dreaming about those fries, perfectly seasoned and crunchy. We will definitely be back whenever we next return to Branson. The only criticism I have is the room was a little warm, but to be fair our stay was during a heat advisory and 100 degree July weather.
