Very strange experience. There were no facecloths for washing face or showering. They do not provide facial tissues. They need to do a much better job of visual numbering of condos. It was very difficult to see the numbers. We probably will not return. We had to ask for more toilet paper. Most places will make sure there is an extra roll available

Great location! Easy check in with friendly staff. Couple of issues that were disappointing…some dirty dishes in the cabinet & hair in bedding. Biggest problem was that the couch was stained & completely worn out! Definitely in need of some updated furniture!

Pros: price, close to Silver Dollar City, Less Crowded area in Branson West, ample space Cons: I didn’t realize it was two separate condos they are selling as one separated by an entryway. Since I had teens it was okay, but I would not have felt comfortable if my kids were younger. They called me one week prior and told me they were going to cancel my room if I didn’t pay. I assumed it was a fishing scheme at first. Expedia says you can pay onsite, that’s wrong. Check in is complicated. You have to find a random building and then search for your condo. It was difficult in the dark. Be sure to open the packet you get at check-in and read it. You need a car hanger to get in and out. Overall it was clean and convenient, but a bit of a headache.

Everything was really nice! It was close to everything we did, but that’s one of the reasons I picked it! Only thing I would do better is I’d rather have the upstairs instead of the downstairs, but I didn’t specify so that’s on me!

The condo was huge and very clean. It was dated, but everything worked and we were comfortable. I don't think it had been a rental for very long because everything was in such good condition . It was like my grandparents had lived there.

Everything was great, except the check in process. It was too confusing trying to navigate multiple stations with 4 kids in tow. We drove to a check in area that took 5 seconds to get the key out, I think they should be able to provide that service at the gate with the room to do it. There were enough people coming and going to justify another person checking people in to make the process easier after hours with tired families.

We stayed in the one bedroom deluxe condo and it was very nice! Clean, kitchen was stocked, the staff at the main desk and entry gate were friendly and helpful. Since it was off-season we didn't have access to some amenities but it was quiet which we liked.

Front desk lady was very nice, same with the security guards. Priced pretty fairly. Most resorts of this caliber have indoor pool and/or hot-tub, not here unfortunately, would add lots of value. Location is ok, need a car to go anywhere, nothing within walking distance besides the clubhouse/grille. Hot water can't fill Jacuzzi, had to heat water on stove. Our villa was spacious, clean & comfy, super comfortable beds! Slept great! Could use some blackout curtains & better toilet paper. We would stay here again but request a unit with better hot water access. We never went to clubhouse or pool, pool closed for winter.

I was kind of dissappointed with our room 744B. Immediately upon entering, I saw 4 large dark stains on the carpet. The sofa was shabby & a dirty orange color. The kitchen area & bedroom were clean & as expected. My husband washed his hands in the bathroom sink. The sink did not drain. It was 6pm. The standing water was still there when we woke up at 7am. I texted the office about the problem. Staff immediately responded with a request for a picture of the plugged sink. I sent that & was told that maintenance would be notified and that I would be updated. Then a staff knocked on our door at 930. We were forced to brush our teeth at the kitchen sink & my husband shaved in the kitchen (without a mirror). The toilet would only flush if the handle was held down until the flush was completed. Checkin staff & maintenance were pleasant & the sink plug was fixed. However the plumbing was problematic & the carpet & sofa was stained & tired. I expected a nicer experience. I guess I just expected a better room.

Check-in was easy and the staff very responsive. The first assigned condo was musty and we aired it out for a couple hours while we grabbed dinner. Upon returning, the place still smelled and cat odor permeated the place. After contacting the front desk, they moved us to a new condo which was clean and up to our expectations. These condos are a little outdated and the furniture in the family room, kitchen and dining area are well used.
