"Overall experience is so-so. It is the only hotel that we stay without a phone. Internet connection is good in the room but lobby and other area are not good. Otherwise, it is a good location for the train station."

Good value for your money
"Good value for this price! But of course, you cannot expect special requests and service of the more expensive hotels. The included breakfast was quite delicious and great care was taken for cleanliness & social distancing. Spotlessly clean hotel."
"There are two toyoko hotels right next to each other and I went to the wrong one and was annoyed because there was zero signs saying which was No.1 and which was No.2. Also they have a coin washer and dryer but the dryer barely works and used a lot of money"

"I liked where it was located. However, it's confusing to find. When you get to the building it's located in, you need to find your way to the fifth floor via the escalator and then they have elevators that take you to your hotel room. Don't try to use an elevator first or you will be led to office spaces. But the rooms themselves are quaint and nice."

"Situated right by the Yokohama harbor with beautiful scenery from the room, the hotel is first class in service and most other aspects. You have a large shopping, dining complex right next to the hotel, the Queens Square. The subway and JR railway station both in walking distance. Upon check out, the bell boy remembered my wife wanting to purchase pastry the day before but was sold out, and he brought some for us to eat on our way to the airport! Really excellent customer care. Must stay, not the cheapest but worth every yen."

"I'll let others know how terrific this place. Talk about convenience, there's shopping across the street, train stop around the corner, amusement and so close to the base. WOW, just terrific. Now I understand why getting a room here is so difficult."
