"We booked same day and had a room on the second floor with a king bed and balcony view right over the water! A beautiful view & the sound of the ocean was incredible to sleep to. Quiet cleaning service in the morning that doesn’t start until around 8:30-9am. For an older building, it’s well taken care of and very clean. Close to downtown Hilo, but fairly secluded from city traffic. Will definitely stay again! "
