「Was very limited due to hotel full for graduation also limited parking」

「The exterior of the building was not well-maintained; it was crumbling in parts of the facade, the lawn wasn't mowed, and there were gaps in the sidewalks around the parking lot. The room was fine and clean. Breakfast was a bit bare bones.」

「The room was dirty. Microwave had food splatters inside, and the outside was also dirty. Their was a broken table in the middle of the room with no chairs. Plumbing pieces laying on the floor under the sink, a choking hazard for little kids. Stains on the couch and desk chair. The TV was really dirty, with a sad attempt to clean it. The bed was as hard as a rock. Bugs in the stairway. We didn't even touch the breakfast, or pool. The restaurant attached to the hotel wasn't even open, looks like...

「I reserved a double queen room but was told upon arrival that none were available and was given a king room instead, despite traveling with four people. The front desk clerk showed little empathy and suggested the issue was because only one guest was listed on the reservation. Additionally, the room had chipping paint or cracks near the ceiling. Overall, a disappointing experience.」

「They were overbooked and didnt have our room even tho we had reservations, so they gave us another room where none of the outlets worked in the bathroom missing light bulbs so front desk gave us some bulbs. Everyday when we left and came back our room key no longer worked so Everyday we had to get it reset at front desk...then they brought more towels to our room that were damp as if they haven't completly dried in the dryer. Overall i would never stay there again, it's not like the other...

「The hotel is renovating rooms, so there is some visible construction material, but we stayed in one of the updated rooms and it looked and was AMAZING! Totally worth the money By all the main shopping and restaurants, but tucked away from the traffic. We go to alliance at least twice a year and will stay here from now on.」
