"洗練されてるとは云いがたいが従業員さんは一生懸命。 設備はは正直ボロい。隣のお客の大騒ぎが筒抜け。大浴場と露天風呂は直接行き来できない。 トイレと部屋風呂は別だが、洗面所とトイレは同じ。(和室泊) 食事は悪くない。ご飯、お茶等はセルフ。 コストパフォーマンス的には妥当な線ではないかと。"

"バスタオルを通常の倍お貸しいただき大変助かりましたが、身体を拭いてタオルが湿ると雑巾臭がして残念な気持ちになりました。 一階のお部屋に連泊させて頂いたのですが、お手入れの行き届いたお庭に夜、姫蛍の雄が4〜5匹いましたよ。蛍には少し早い時期で諦めていたのですが、初めてみる珍しい姫蛍に感動しちゃいました。"

"人手不足なのか、チェックイン時に不満を感じる場面も多少ありましたが、その後、誠心誠意、接客していただき、とても気持ち良くすごせました。 温泉の泉質もトロトロでとても良いお湯です。夕食も朝食も大満足です。 ただお部屋に金庫が無くて、少し不便に感じました。 食事やお風呂で部屋をあける際、いちいち貴重品を持ち歩いてしました。 "
