It’s a shame that they allow smoking in the rooms because we are non-smokers and smoke particles cannot be completely eradicated from the room even with a room humidifier and spray fragrance. So we could not be as comfortable as we normally would be had it been a non-smoking room. "Our stay was great. Checkin was easy just use the machine add your details and get code of the room. Room was good, we had view of Shinkansen and trains. "My only issue was that I was placed on a smoking room though I booked a non smoking one. The hotel was too booked to remedy the issue. Needless to say it made my stay less enjoyable than it would have. Even. The staff tried their best to help me out…they even gave me deodorizer spray. I blame the Orbitz side of the booking for my issue and not them…it’s clear you didn’t get the non smoking part of my booking sent their way."
