「La atención y el lugar」

「Due to power outage, we were moved to La Puesta upon arrival and were able to stay there the duration of our time in Sayulita. The Staff was amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, & caring...constantly going above and beyond. The Oceanview Room (I believe ALL rooms are Oceanview) was stunning, clean, well-equipped with all of the comforts of home. The food was spectacular! When not exploring the town itself, we ate most of our meals at one of the on-site restaurants. The pool was stunning....there...

「The staff in the hotel was rude and even though is the low season. Not attentive nir helpful. I tried many time to speak to management but the operator, front desk and reservations were rude and useless and would hang up on me. So i gave up trying to contact them」
