We arrived and the only room that matched our booking was on the 3rd floor with no elevator, she did offer us something else, and then gave us instructions on how to get there. The parking was $35 which wasn't listed. The power went out for 3.5 hours overnight."

"The young lady from Ethiopia was helpful and very kind. The rest of the staff were not very friendly. The furniture was worn torn. Restaurant was nice and enjoyable!! Shuttle pick up was very easy. "
