"Everything was well organized, the staff was very polite and efficient with our needs. Breakfast had the basics which was perfect, I wish the restroom had more amenities, there was makeup wipe but only one, and no face soap, shower cap, plastic trash bags. "

"This was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed. The room walls were filthy with stains, writing in the walls and I don't know what else could have been on the walls. The outlets, door handles, controllers, phones, desk and night stand and lamps had dust and dirty marks. The toilet seat had poop stains. The bed sheets seemed clean but the comforter on top did smell horrible "

"We were there for one night only. It was our third time staying. It is very convenient for a stop over, and the restaurant in the parking lot...Sharps.... is very good."

"We have enjoyed this hotel previously. This time was a disappointment. We intentionally booked because of the 24 hour shuttle as we knew we would be arriving very late. When I called from the airport for a shuttle, a recording said the shuttle only operated from 4 am to 1 am. It cost me $25 in taxi fare. The desk clerk said the shuttle was 24 hours! No offer to lessen the pain of an unnecessary $25. fare. "

"I would recommend this hotel and return in the future. The bathroom is big and the beds are nice and comfortable. It was nice and clean, quite with great service. The airport is very close by and quite for being nearby. We stayed in March 2026. "

"Stay here frequently over the last several years for appointments at UW medicine. Which by car is only 20 to 25 min drive. You'll find a very professional staff including the manager of the property Jaypee. Love Kelly very much for her pomptness for any concerns or issues.Which are far and few. I'd include the rest of the staff names if could remember as they all are amazing. Room is always clean and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is normal basic continental prepackaged items and fresh, Coffee was fresh and delicious. If expecting more there are plenty of nearby restaurants as well each unit has a micro kitchen with a stove fridge and microwave. The office has cooking utincles and cookware along with plates and silverware. Grocery stores are within 5 min drive. Also the mall is nearby for other shopping convenience. I highly recommend this place for next extended stay needs"
