「beautiful estate and scenery, just that the bed is bed is a bit too soft for us ..」

「Very comfy stay, excellent and friendly service by staff, the breakfast is amazing. Bathroom is clean and with huge bath tub. It is truly a gem in Windermere. Highly recommended!」

「The reason I haven’t scored 5 is that Expedia sold us a room that had issues with noise / cooking smells as it’s above the kitchen and is noisey and smelly when the staff are cooking. 「Friendly helpful staff. Great beer and ale selections.」

「Second time staying, excellent base for hiking the fells and mountains, especially with the spa for afterwards. Staff are excellent and friendly, looking forward to our next stay.」

「An amazing location and room. Great breakfast and convenient to walkable and drivable Lake District attractions.」
