"If you want a really roomy experience , stay in the 2-storey maisonette room which is like a big apartment. It’s amazing! So much space and privacy and direct access to the pool and beach from your balcony. The hotel is lovely, breakfast was excellent and the beach is beautiful. Staff spoke a variety of languages which was very helpful. This location is also good for visiting Amagiso outdoor waterfall onsen."

Staff were fluent in English and give you a comprehensive introduction of the property. The rooms were clean and the onsen in each room was really such a big plus for us. Everything was nice and clean. We drove so it was convenient, might be difficult to access if you are coming by public transportation. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely rebook if I were to visit Atami again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so pleasant and enjoyable"

"We loved our authentic Japanese vacation stay. Fireworks were a surprise we had not expected. Buffet had a large variety of choices although I am allergic to shrimp and do t like seafood so it limited me. I was still able to find enough to eat each day. Onsen was a new experience for us being Canadian but now we love it and will miss this relaxing ritual."

"The hotel has beautiful scenery and a very relaxing atmosphere. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, with a great variety of delicious food. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. There was a small issue with my reservation, but the team patiently assisted me and resolved everything smoothly. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. While the facilities are a little dated, they are very well maintained. The hot spring was fantastic and incredibly relaxing after a long day. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again in the future."
