Our stay was amazing! The hotel was clean and comfortable with large rooms and a breathtaking view. The onsen was fabulous as well. The staff were helpful and kind!! It was fun to try to converse in English and Japanese.

Hotel is very old and run down. It needs a good facelift and renovation. Carpet had stains and was dirty in the rooms and hallways. Rooms were a good size. Expensive for the state of the hotel

Wow.. What a wonderful stay! The staff was courteous, professional and kind. Room was kept tidy my entire stay. The rooftop onsen was sublime, the bowling alley was an awesome surprise, the hotel was accessible to gorgeous Jogasaki coastline and the views were immaculate. I left refreshed and inspired. To the Akazawa hotel I give my sincerest arigatou gazaimasu!

客室の空調が夜間効かず寒かった。食事が不味かった。ホテルからラウンジやボーリング場への運行状況が悪く敷地内にある他の施設をまったく利用出来なかった。スタッフの対応は良かったが日本人には日本人スタッフが良いと感じた。品質の良い日本の旅館になりたいのか、それとも西洋風のホテルになりたいのかよくわからない中途半端な経営でこれでは将来がむづかしいと感じた。

いつもは日帰り温泉に行っているのですが、今回は家族を連れて2泊させて頂きました。施設自体の老朽化は否めないものの、部屋の広さやスタッフ様のサービス面は非常に良かったです。お風呂が素晴らしいのは言わずもがなですが、朝食のアジフライは本当に絶品でした！他のも非常に美味しくとても満足出来ました！また利用させて頂きます。

とにかく部屋やお風呂からの景色が抜群に良い。部屋は年季を感じますが不快感は全く無く快適。お風呂にはタオル類が置いてあるので手ぶらで行けるのも気が利いていて快適。部屋の窓は大きく海の音を聞きながら景色を眺め、のんびり素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。夕食は予想以上に美味しく手が込んでいて次回はどんなものが出るのか楽しみになりました。次も機会ができればお世話になりたい宿泊施設です。
