"Spa was fantastic. Views are incredible. Staff was super helpful and spoke enough English for us to communicate. Would like to see the carpets in the main areas cleaned, there were stains that were off putting. Seemed like there were more things to do but were closed during my visit such as the indoor pool and karaoke rooms. "

"The staff was very kind and helpful. The suite was also very clean and spacious. This hotel is perfect for a small group trip. They offer a free shuttle service that you need to reserve in advance. Although I'd recommend renting a car if you'd like to explore different places near the hotel, the shuttle service helps a lot! My only regrets are that it rained during our stay and that we didn't book a long stay. You could definitely do 4 days or more! It's a beautiful hotel. "
