Pleasant traditional experience

The room was a little outdated but the onsen was great! The outdoor 露天風呂was amazing, you can hear the sound of the waves and feel the sea breeze. Breakfast was delicious.

The sink where the water boiler is smells like something died on there. I had to add a cover over the wooden cover to close the smell off. The room is old and warn out. The dinner was not so good but the breakfast was very delicious.

This hotel is located right on the water and we loved the ocean views, and (when we opened the window) the sound of the waves breaking. Very peaceful and beautiful. The onsen baths were large and pleasantly hot, with water that was clear and gave a nice feeling.

6階にあるラウンジでは無料の飲み物や食べ物が用意されており、海を眺めながらゆっくりと過ごすことができました。 夕食も朝食も美味しく、特に夕食に出た金目鯛の焼き物が絶品でした。また食べたいです。 部屋も清潔で、水回りも全く問題なく快適でした。とてもいい時間を過ごさせて頂きました。

昼間他の観光地を回って、夜到着したので、ホテルのサービスは全部楽しめなかったのが残念でした。午後2時から深夜12時までオーシャンビューのロビーで飲み物や、甘味等の食べ物を提供されるので、早めに到着し、ホテル自体をゆっくり楽しめることを進めます。再度利用する時、そうしたいと思います。

3階の部屋に宿泊したが、部屋がカビ臭く、誇りっぽいし、畳に髪の毛も何本かおちていた。息子が何かに反応して、腕が痒くなり蕁麻疹が出てしまい夜中痒くて眠れなかった。エレベーターの中も、下水のような匂いがして臭くて気分が悪かった。卓球場に行ったが、エレベーター降りてすぐあまりの臭さに吐き気がした。エントランスから臭かった。

食事が美味しく、朝食のバイキングもメニューが豊富で、すべて食べきれないのが残念なくらいでした。スタッフの皆様の対応もよく、0歳の子がいましたがお心遣いいただきありがたかったです。一緒に大浴場に入らなかったのがちょっと残念でした。あと、部屋の匂いが気になりました。

スタッフの方は本当に親切で、非常に良い印象を受けました。 一方で、お部屋の水回りにやや不衛生さを感じた点、アメニティの少なさがマイナスでした。 また、子どもの寝かしつけにより時間内にラウンジに行くことができず、楽しみにしていたオリジナルカクテルを飲むことができませんでした。時間制限が無ければなと、悔しい気持ちになりました。

チェックインからチェックアウトまでお客へのきめ細かいフォローに感謝します。事前に予約しておいたEV 充電施設への案内もスムーズでした。他のホテルではまだ設置されていないところが多いなか安心して車共々宿泊出来ました。とりわけ宿泊者に滞在中ほぼ、いつでもアルコールを含む飲み物を提供しているラウンジサービスにより、時間と共に移り変わる相模湾の景色を眺めながら、ゆっくりくつろぎの時となりました。

唯一気になる事

夜、朝共、風呂場の脱衣所の床に長い毛が至る所に落ちていて踏まずにロッカーと風呂場を行き来出来ない程。 他のホテルは脱衣所の隅にクリンクル(?)が設置され自由に客が使用、掃除出来る様になっている。当館も置いて欲しい。 足の裏に落ちている毛が付着するのがとても嫌。
