「There are actually so many nice things to say about this place. The host is super kind and always available. The place is beautifully decorated with everything you might need even an iron hair dryer. I am very sensitive to scented items and there are no harsh chemicals or scents. Even the soaps and lotions she provides are not overly scented. I was surprised to learn there was a cleaning fee but it’s only $25 which seems fair. 「The staff was AMAZING, especially Corthee at the front desk. She went above and beyond. We were there for my husband's surgery, she always asked about him, while he was there, I ended up in the E.R., she would always ask me if I needed something, she told me to rest, and she would do whatever she could to help me. Another staff member was from housekeeping she was truly AMAZING also, she brought me extra towels and tissues, due to excessive nosebleeds for me. Her name is Jetsi , not...

「The staff are quite nice and it's very clean. The breakfast was too simple and not replenished in time. There was no phone in the room and the hair dryer didn't work! A damp smell!」

「Everything was clean and best of all quiet. There was a cheer and dance competition that had booked out the hotel, but everything was kept in order and very little to no noise. The only issue we had, was that the bathroom was made for adolescence. If you are tall, a bit thicker than most, or just need space, these bathrooms prove to be a challenge. Could barely turn around in the shower without banging into the door. As this is a rather minor inconvienience, I still would recommend this...
