Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
While the hotel served its basic purpose, there were several issues that made the experience less than ideal.
The biggest concerns were cleanliness and a lack of basic amenities. My room initially had only a hand towel and floor towel. When I requested additional towels, I was told the hotel had run out and was given pool towels instead. The complimentary breakfast was also lacking, with cereal but no milk, stale bagels, and coffee.
The floors left my white socks dirty, the furniture appeared worn and outdated, and the room's air quality seemed poor. There was also a noticeable police/security presence around the property throughout my stay.
On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, the sheets appeared clean, and the waterfall feature by the pool was a nice touch. Overall, the hotel was adequate for a short, budget-friendly stay.
