"The property has a good location. Close to thruways, downtown Ann Arbor and the University. It has a great lobby and pool area. It is a bit dated and some areas could use some repair, but overall it was fine. Our room was warm, no matter what we did with the air conditioning."

"The Kensington is a nice hotel in a great part of Ann Arbor. Location-wise, you are close to the stadium and within walking distance of Briarwood Mall with restaurants, shopping, and a grocery market. There is also a nice restaurant and bar in the hotel. The lobby and ground floor have nice sitting areas for meeting up or working. Parking and shuttle service to downtown Ann Arbor are also nearby. The rooms are pretty up-to-date—the bathrooms could use a slight update (things were a bit worn). Nice, open rooms with good AC and pretty quiet. And, good value!"
