「First let me say that the staff is amazing, very responsive and helpful. The place is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Although the condos are well equipped and modern, we did notice some wear and tear on the furniture. This was my second visit here and I would definitely stay again! 」

「The room was not ready at 3 but that was okay. However, the ADA bathroom rail was mounted behind the toilet. That is NO help for someone in a wheelchair. They are not exactly alone. The handicap rooms in so many places are ridiculous. Alos, someone needs to readdress what a handicapped parking space looks like. That is a national issue so not their fault. I would probably stay there again but would hope they had a different handicap room.」

「Staff thought it was funny to play circus music after 10pm on repeat to find a missing luggage cart. They laughed in my face when I asked what the loud music was. They all made it clear they are only there to collect a paycheck. Doing their jobs looked extra.」

「The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location near the airport was excellent. We left before breakfast so cannot comment on that. Our biggest complaint was that the door into our room dragged so badly on the floor that it could not be opened the entire way. And when we mentioned it the next morning we were told it was a known problem! Why assign us that room then? The hotel did not appear to be full. This the poor rating.」

「Stayed 4 days. The room was never cleaned. Had to get our towels on a daily basis. Key cards were only good for 2 entries. Nearest coffee shop place was 18 miles away. The last day we found ants in the room. The continental breakfast was also bad. The only good part was it was quiet.」

The accessible room was down the hall having to walk further down to and from the elevator.」

「Our stay was on April 30th. The hotel has a good clean vibe for the most part. Recent renovations in our room had left some unfinished trim but the room itself was very clean. The staff was very helpful and polite. Our server in the dining room was very delightful. I do not remember her name but I did overhear her saying that she normally works breakfast.
