「Great property Excellent breakfast Great stay」

「My biggest complaint was that despite calling the day before arrival and emailing the day of, the sofa bed was not completely ready to accommodate our granddaughter. The bed had a fitted and flat sheet but that was it. No pillow, no blanket. And we arrived late in the evening. It was bedtime. Calls to the front desk produced busy signals for over half an hour. I finally had to go downstairs to the front desk where the woman down there gave me what I needed which I had to lug upstairs...

「Extremely bad staff. Yelling at their customers for no reason. Very unsafe place to stay」

「There needs to be bars of soap for people that sit in the bathtub. The shower gels are too high for people in the tub and they have to stand in the tub just to get soap.」

「EZ in and out off I-81. Hershey Attractions, Penn National Race Course and HollywoodCasino close by. Fabio’s Restaurant close by is very good and Sheetz 5 minutes away.」

「The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.」

「Property seemed more run down than when we stayed previously. Room had stale odor, noise level from a group of guests next door was disruptive . Front desk responded quickly to quiet them. Very heavy footed guests above. Breakfast sausage was not heated through, there was no bread. A disappointing stay and we will look for other accommodations going forward.」

「I paid for a room with a king bed. When I arrived no king bed was available and the staff said the rooms with king beds weren’t cleaned. (It was 11pm) I was still charged the same amount」

「Breakfast was good. Stick with the waffles! Noisy as expected due to the proximity to Hershey Park and it being summer. Our stay was 1 week and we had to ask for our room to get cleaned and fresh towels. Great location.」
