「We were greeted by Emma on reception, an absolutely wonderful woman! We had arrived early so she stored our bags so we could have a mooch around Camden.
Our stay was perfect, we had a concert at the roundhouse which is literally across the road!
Emma suggested a place to eat and have cocktails which was a Brazilian restaurant, that was great!
The room was great and spotless, we slept so well, no noise whatsoever.
Emma was there when we checked out too, she remembered us asked if we had a great...

「I landed at 7:55 a.m. and arrived at the hotel around 11 a.m., yet check‑in was only available from 3 p.m. Dragging a 29‑inch suitcase and a 24‑inch suitcase together with my three children, I felt utterly frustrated — why is check‑in not until 3 p.m.! Then the property manager came over. After talking with me, she allowed me to leave my luggage in the storage room so I could take the children out for food. She was really kind.
When I returned after 3 p.m., I collected the keys and got into the...

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station and extremely convenient. However, the room condition and housekeeping fell short of expectations:
The curtains could not be closed properly, affecting both privacy and light blockage.
The floor mat near the entrance and bathroom was torn/damaged.
The bathrobes in the wardrobe...
