However, in order for the experience to be perfect, it is essential to have a room close to the reception. Initially, I was given a room that was far away, and I requested a change, which was approved.」

「Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und mit einer tollen Küche ausgestattet. Balkon war vorhanden. Parken in der Tiefgarage umsonst. Lage top. Personal sehr freundlich. Nächstes Mal werde ich wieder diese Unterkunft buchen. 」

「沒有水和水煲，要自購水。 沒有面巾和水杯。 毛毡沒有被套。 近清真寺，噪音非常嚴重。 房間隔音非常差，可清楚聽到鄰房談話。 價錢非常平，若你不介意上述不足之處。」

「We stayed at this property for two weeks and a half, and the staff was absolutely amazing. They were very accommodating and very friendly. The best cappuccino and Istanbul is in their lobby. Also, it’s in a very safe area. I highly recommend this hotel if I could give 100 stars I would. 」

「Fantastic location - immediately adjacent to a metro stop with great food and drink options nearby. very accommodating staff giving us tips and booking excursions etc- always available. The apartment was big and well furnished- we loved it! Having a place to relax and the ability to accommodate an early bird with a night owl made our stay so relaxing. And to top it off, a view of the Galata Tower off our terrace! Perfect!! 」

「Dejligt hotel i midten af det hele」

「Hotel is in great location. Staff service was average and could have been better and more friendly I think. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. The hotel is on a major road so could be noisy with the traffic, but the sea view from the room is amazing. 」

「Room was amazing. Staff were brilliant. We had such a lovely time and the hotel was a little haven to get away from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. This coupled with Aris the hotel dog greeting us everyday really made it special. 」
