「The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. 「We were in room 130, it was so noisy from the pool and the late night conversations from the workers at and in the near by maintenance rooms around our room, it was very hard to sleep.」

「Very clear instructions and the system for entry, bathroom share, food, and laundry were perfect. There are cats (see pictures of their property), so be aware if you have allergies. Although, you'd have no idea they have any, the house is immaculate and no smells or hair! Very friendly owners. Would absolutely stay again.
