「It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.」

「The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. 「Everything went well until I went to use the shower mat and a large amount of hair fell out from a previous guest. Not a deal breaker but thought I’d bring it up so others are aware.」

「As the first timer staying in your hotel.It's really sad to see that the rooms are not clean.The way they should be, i like the bathroom was really ugly with this yellow orange color slimy things on the edges of shower, the kitchen sink smelled really fishy is like the food processorneeds to be clean daily....my sister told one house keeper that th3 food processor was very stinky and only offer a scrub for us....bed sheets with stains,the entrance is very small to walk in...first thing you see...

「The furniture was very comfortable however, it has reached time for replacement due to stains that are no longer cleanable. The room itself was clean and very functional. The staff was kind and efficient. Parking was great.」

「The house played host to a number of kids soccer teams, that were incredibly noisy. A phone call to the front desk did no help. Also the elevator was out of service all week, and lm 72 yrs old with a cane and traversing the stairway was difficult.」

「Overall, everything was excellent. I did have an issue in the shower-there was hair and the glass partition was not clean. Staff was very friendly, Fred in the Bistro was especially helpful and friendly. Food was good and reasonably priced.」

「Advertised as on the harbor, it was actually two parking lots away from the harbor. The elevator was pathetic: small, slow, and dirty, and the landing was dirty. Bird crap on the windows and the view from the other window was gross; the rooftop was several floors below. The room was ok. TV sound and CC didn't work, and two attempts to ask for help resulted in nothing. On the plus side, the location was nice, the room was big and clean, and the front desk staff were nice.」
