The room was clean and nice and the staff was wonderful, but the water in the shower wasn't warm enough and the water pressure was very low.

They've been remodeling for years and that was not disclosed on the Expedia sight when I booked. Construction equipment and plastic tarps and drywall everywhere. Just uncomfortable and awkward. The room was nice though. Although for being handicapp accessasble our room was very far away from the elevator.

... Not my first choice paint chips in the window sill, the dryer didn't work, the TV didn't work properly, no microwave, little to not hot water and the renovation were very inconvenient why not close down if the building needs that much work.

The hotel and room were nice and clean. The check in process was absolute garbage. We booked a suite with two king beds, a kitchen and separate bedroom and were told that they were not sure why we were able to book that as they didn’t have such a room to give us. We ended up in something comparable (it only had one king bed and a pull out couch). It was ok, but sucked as we booked what we booked for a reason. The check in process took probably 30 minutes at least for us as the kids running the place didn’t know what they were doing. We didn’t get any kind of a refund to make up for the fact that our room wasn’t what we reserved. The hotel was under construction so there was a makeshift check in desk that was odd. Overall, the place was nice, but the experience we had was BS. There was breakfast, but it wasn’t much and it wasn’t great. As someone with food sensitivities I was unimpressed with the options that I could have.

LOTS of construction going on which is probably why the rate was so low. I suspect it will go up after it's all done. Check-in was delayed due to manager checking rooms. Room heater fan was HORRIBLY LOUD! Room was very clean and well stocked. Exercise room was in great shape. Breakfast is usually great except this time the eggs were a little burnt. Pool was closed due to some accident. Hot tub was closed due to maintenance - this is the main reason I choose this hotel... :( Overall, this is a pretty clean hotel with polite staff and decent amenities. I just can't wait for the construction to be done.

It was not listed anywhere that the hotel was under major renovations. Not through the booking agent, not the website and nothing on google searches about it. I was double charged for my incidentals and the staff didn't seem to care about that. They weren’t able to provide me with an itemized receipt when I asked.due to being double charged, it drained my bank account and was therefore unable to take my girlfriend to the farmers market and dinner for our romantic date weekend. The phone in my room didn’t work, nor did the streaming aspect of the TV(These are both amenities listed when bookomh the room) and when I brought it to the staffs attention they didn’t seem bothered by it and didn’t offer any kind of help. The staff wore their disgust for the job on their face and both my girlfriend and I even heard them grumble under their breath. The room was very nice and comfortable. This gets 2 stars because of that, the pool was nice and the breakfast was good but the customer service and general feeling hospitality was completely and utterlly lost on the four different front office staff that I interacted with.

Was a construction zone. I conversed with other guests and heard complaints from all of them, including no hot water on the entire 4th floor. I was on the 3rd floor and had hot water. I just had no heat or air or even a fan. It would not turn on or operate at all. It was actually hanging partcially down as if they were cleaning the vents....Also had an accessible shower but no shower chair... I asked but was told they didnt have any!
