"No airport shuttle, no room amenities (I.e., no coffee maker, no refrigerator), pool was not available, fitness center closed. Even the tv didn’t work for two days. Concierge provided directions to different elevators, but had no information on local events or ticket availability. Guest information on events was provided only if you listened to a 2 hour spiel. Not recommended!"

"This was a nice hotel, just a quick Uber ride to/from the airport and the strip. It was a good value for the price, especially for our particular short visit. We thought there was hotel bar and we were told it will be open soon, but we really didn't need it anyway. We just thought it was mentioned in the hotel description. The room was clean, spacious and fine for our needs."
