「Didn't even stay at the property as far as I know they're still charging us we checked in turned on air conditioning which should have been on. We went out for the evening , came back only to find black stuff over the chair and ottoman which probably came from Air conditioning could not and would not stay went to the office told the employee we were leaving showed her the problem we were having she went checked out the room and said she would talk to her manager about a refund haven't heard...

「I booked 1 room two different times but for the same weekend! The day I was arriving they called me and told me they were canceling my reservations! Mind you i booked over 6 months in advance ...they said they were overbooked the day I was supposed to be there! I live in Central New York and was traveling down there! I will never ever make a reservation at this place!」

「After I'd settled in I discovered they'd sprayed an acrid vanilla scent on the bed. I could only sleep with the window open. What nasty smell were they hiding? Also, breakfast was, like, sliced bread.」

「The bathtub did not appear clean and was not safe (no gripping material in tub to prevent slipping and falling). Also poor water pressure in shower. Housekeeping was good.Very noisy late at night, kids running up and down the steps and in hallway and in and out the exit door (my room was underneath the staircase and near the exit door). Also people in room above mine very noisy, running around, dropping things on the floor all hours of the day and night. Traffic screaming down the road late at...

「Rooms and common areas were very clean. The staff was very welcoming and personable. I am a foodie and can say the breakfast was very tasty, balanced and nutritious. I also couldn’t help but fall in love with the fresh lemonade beverage on the porch that they put their own spin on. 」
