The location is excellent for a visit to the Old Quarter. The staff were very helpful and super attentive. We booked a junior suite, which is a little misleading for a room basically big enough for a king-sized bed and no separate bathroom, but, size aside, the room was comfortable and the breakfast spread was varied and ample. Everything worked and we would certainly stay there again.

Beautiful hotel and our room. In the heart of Old Quarters, very walkable to everything. Great roof-top bar/restaurant. Breakfast spread each day was fantastic. The hospitality of all the staff, especially Ms. Ngan Phan, was wonderful. She told us the recommended spots and restaurants for our stay in Hanoi, and helped us stay comfortably at the hotel. The last day of the flight was midnight, but it was very helpful that they kept our luggages after checking out and let us use the shower before the flight. It is a recommended hotel. I will definitely use it when I visit again.
