「Overall, a nice place to stay for the price. Pool was kind of a let down and too cold for my personal taste. Inconvenient location on the 5th floor also lol. Room was nice, very clean with a great comfy bed. Biggest complaint was not the hotel's fault, was it was listed as having a hot tub with a photo to match. They do not have a hot tub!! One of the main reasons i booked this stay.....」

「Perfect location - walked to dinner and our concert at GLC 20. Clean room, comfortable bed, very cute aesthetic. Loved the easy check in process not having to see someone at a desk & just getting a code for the door. Would definitely stay there again. 」

「The breakfast had a lot of varied options- I liked the scrambled eggs, yogurt w/ berry compote and granola and bagels! I slept so well on the bed- super comfy mattress, bedding and pillows. The location was perfect to explore downtown Grand Rapids with plenty of great restaurants,art, museums and shopping (not to mention the views along the Grand River) ! 」

「The room was spacious, newly renovated. Nice walk in shower, bed was comfortable pillow was just so so. Rooftop bar was very nice! The area is very walkable which is why we chose this hotel. Only negative was the instruction for parking, that could use improvements. Would definitely recommend!」

「I was most impressed with the parking situation. I was concerned before arriving that parking and loading and unloading over 300# of luggage and gear would be a problem, but that was not the case at all. The area reserved for use in the parking ramp was on the same level as our room, so rolling our cart from the car to the room every day was quite a simple chore. Other than that, the room was clean, comfortable, roomy, and well furnished. And the staff was friendly and very helpful.」
