The staff was wonderful but the rooms were dirty, food splattered on the walls, holes in ceiling and tiles in shower and flooring popping out. Family had two rooms and both were horrible. Bring slippers to avoid carpet but! But the beds were very clean and very comfortable.

Our room was not the cleanest. Specifically, the bathroom behind the sink basin was not cleaned, there was hair in the bathroom in lots of places, the door handles were dirty and the wall by the bed had something gross stuck to it. Other issues were that the tub did not drain at all, and the sink drained very slowly. The TV remote was missing the back panel. But...the beds were very comfortable and clean and the staff was very nice.

It was filthy and Max from front desk was rude , there was a hair with lice in the restroom. Too expensive for broken down hotel the boilers do not work properly water would get hot then cold then hot again. Terrible experience for the price.

Beds were clean and nice. Rooms were surface clean but there was stuff on walls and on furniture, broken drawer on dresser, shower tiles busted and looked like water damage in shower, shower was horrible. Surfaces were clean but cleaning was stopped there. Mold on patio curtain, random garbage on floor in bathroom and we only had 2 wash clothes and two hand towels. Had to go get bath towels.

We booked two rooms, both were very dirty. The remote in 1 room had an m&m lodged in it. The other room had the tv remote not work and when we called the front desk, we learned the phone didn’t work either. The 2nd room didn’t even have a phone connected. The bathroom is rough in both rooms. 1 room only had decaf coffee with half of them opened and the other room only had regular. Breakfast options are minimal.

Hotel is definitely outdated and in need of renovation. Bathroom had water damage and visible dust and debris in vent. Red stains on carpet and visible dark colored stains on carpet throughout the room. Dirty/stained towels hung in bathroom. Continental breakfast what’s horrible.

We had to change rooms because the room we were given at first looked like somebody had been killed in there. The carpet was so filthy red stains all over it. The TV didn't work.

Property was terrible! Boarded up windows, halls smelled of smoke on 4th floor. Our room the toilet wouldn’t flush properly, window wouldn’t lock, tv had lines running down through screen, air conditioning unit had capped wires sticking out the bottom of it. The exit was marked do not use with tape over door. Violation of fire code. Only one elevator worked. The pool area did not have a hot tub and standing water on sides was green! We checked out at 11pm because we were so disappointed.

My room had an odd smell and the smoke detector was broken off the wall. There was no hair dryer even though there was a hair dryer holder on the wall and the toilet seat was broken. The blanket in the room was super thin and when I requested another blanket I was told they were all out. The pool was sorta clean but the pool area was gross. The breakfast was dry donut holes and 1 type of cereal. I was kept up all night by the loud elevator. The staff was super nice, but the hotel overall was not worth the price!
