First time walking in the room and it smelled like cigarette/ marijuana smoke and the blankets had a burn in it. My door was off track and I would have to lift it up to close it. The one wash cloths was ripped and stained. I told the front desk and the guy just said okay and did nothing about it. I then got stuck in the elevator and I told the front desk and the woman that was there said it happens and it’s okay all you got to do it pull the doors open.

I did not feel safe staying here due to the environment. There was blood and stains on various parts of the room, like walls, bed, curtains (I took images), there are patches of paint missing on the walls, the smell/odors in the halls and room are nauseating and overwhelming of smoke and other smells. The lady that checked me in & checked me out (about 15 minutes after I checked in) was very nice and patient. Listened to my experience. Been trying to get a status on my refund, Expedia has been calling them and no answer & I’ve been messaging the hotel after they said they would release back my funds and they do not respond.

Very dirty tried canceling. No management to be found. Expedia and I tried several times. Was told had a pool get there and its closed. Ridiculous. Staff out on patio smoking Marijuana with residents. Place is a joke.

If I could give this hotel negative star I would. We reserved a room with a balcony and when we got there, we were told there was none left. We were already running behind for an event so decide to just go to the room anyways and get ready. When we got into the room, there was a plunger and dirty towels in the bathroom. There was also food smeared on the walls. When a member from our party, use the bathroom, the toilet was broke and would not flush. When we called the front desk, he said there was nothing he could do. We would have to keep the room as is. When I told him this was unacceptable, He got very rude and started to yell at me and that’s when I asked for a refund. He said I would be granted a refund and we can leave and go somewhere else. Till this day, I am still going back-and-forth with them because I’ve never received my refund. Very dirty, Very rude and mean staff, Would highly recommend everybody run from this place and stay somewhere else!!!!!!!!

I was promised a refund and never received it. Got to my room and there was no heat. They put me in another room and it was flooded out. Went back to my old room and fixed the heater myself. Tje whole floor swelled like pot. When I got up in the morning there was NO hot water at all. Like I said I was promised a refund. Oh yeah when I checked in I told the man at the front deck that my GPS took me to another hotel and he said that I was lied. I brought up maps and showed him that it did. Tha worst hotel that I ever stayed in. My next email will be to corporate.

This room was a MESS. It looked in the middle of renovation. There was wet drywall mud. The handle for the faucet in the bathroom was MISSING. The door had red liquid running down it. The nightstand was broken. There was old coffee from a prior stay under the lamp. Cracks in the walls and old deywall dust on the floors. Heater stopped working in the middle of the night. Pics were taken before staying.
