「The rooms were very large. The facility was clean and quiet with a lovely breakfast available included in the cost of your room. The pool was clean and enjoyed a lot by the children. The outside grounds are well maintained .The best part they allow pets for a $40.00 deposit unless they are service dogs then they are not allowed I would easily give this facility 5 stars!」

「I normally do not write bad reviews but BEWARE of this TRU. Not in the best area and you could tell that this property has not been maintained very well. We stay at TRU quite often but this one was by far the worst experience we have had. Walking into the room it had a musty smell and was not clean at all. The floor around the AC was buckled and The AC WAS very loud when it cut on so loud it would wake you up at night. The TV remote was missing so I had to get one from the front desk. When...

「At checkin, I asked for a safe, as it was noted on the website that the rooms had safes. THEY DO NOT! I was told by the front desk staff to check in the closet, but there was no safe in there. She checked the website, then said safes are for The Holiday Inn next door. This is unacceptable! I had to carry my valuables with me every time I left the room.
